Tyrese Gibson has confessed that he misses working with Megan Fox on the Transformers franchise.
Fox left the series following the second Transformers film after allegedly being axed over comments she made about director Michael Bay. She was replaced by British model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
Gibson, who reprised his role as USAF Tech Sergeant Epps in the latest Transformers installment Transformers: Dark of the Moon, told PopEater that Fox’s absence from the movie saddens him as they had worked together from the beginning.
“Having a franchise that she’s been a part of from the beginning, and not being able to have her on board is probably the most difficult,” he explained.
“Sometimes things don’t work out, but I wish her well. In business, her career, her personal life.”
Gibson also admitted to trading insults with Michael Bay during shooting over his “demanding” and “aggressive” methods.
