Megan Fox, Dianna Agron among Gideon Cross Fans’ to Portray Eva Trammel

Gideon Cross fans are looking for celebs who can play Gideon and his feisty love interest, Eva Trammel. Many of those who’ve enjoyed “Bared to You” see Henry Cavill, David Gandy, or Joe Manganiello as the perfect Gideon. Dianna Agron and Megan Fox are being imagined as the female lead for the TV adaptation. Sylvia Day, author of the erotic fiction “Crossfire,” often encourages fans in their casting choices on Twitter.

Among the three aforementioned actors, only Joe is likely to commit to the Gideon Cross role for TV. Henry has a Superman or Man of Steel image to protect, while Gandy often travels for international modelling gigs. For the role of Eva Trammel, Dianna Agron’s schedule might work. Megan Fox will be busy filming “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.”

“You definitely have the voice for phone sex, but I’ve got to go. I have a date with my vibrator,” Eva Trammel tells Gideon Cross. Whoever plays the character should have the right combo of sassy and sexy to nail lines like these. Both Dianna and Megan can easily pull off the Eva Trammel vibe. No wonder fans are naming them on social media sites as the perfect partner for Gideon Cross. Another fan favourite is gossip magnet sexy actress, Amber Heard.

E.L. James “Fifty Shades of Grey” and Day’s “Crossfire” are often compared, with many saying Day copied James’s erotic formula. Day, however, claims her story is original, and it is a concept that came up after she finished one of her earlier novels. The two series have the same crowd of followers, with FSOG fans naming their own Gideon Cross and Eva Trammel favourites. In many aspects, FSOG leads Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele overlap the Crossfire characters’ backgrounds. This is why actors like Henry Cavill, Ian Somerhalder and Matt Bomer are favourites for both the Grey and Cross roles.

“Bared to You,” the first book in Day’s sexy Crossfire series, was chosen by Amazon’s editors as the #1 Best Book (Romance) from January through July 2012. Lionsgate has optioned Crossfire for a TV series.
